Service from the start
Customers can start benefiting from this unique aspect of International Living as
early as the pre-acquisition phase, by taking advantage of the expert legal, fiscal
and financial consultation and coordination services we offer. Plot buyers will
find professional architectural, construction and project management services
immediately at their disposal. Once customers have selected their home,
interior design and home-furnishing specialists are on hand to provide advice,
coordination and shopping assistance, ensuring a home that’s perfectly tailored to its owner’s vision.

Everything you need
Once customers move in, they’ll have a whole new range of services available.
With easy access to highly trained housekeepers, gardeners, secretaries,
babysitters and personal shoppers, homeowners have more free time to spend
exactly as they choose. Trips and excursions are made even easier, thanks to
travel and chauffeur services. Home maintenance and security services give

customers total peace of mind, knowing their property is being carefully looked after at all times. And should our homeowners ever want to sell or rent out their home when they’re not in residence, they have access to comprehensive rental coordination and expert re-sales services.
