G. Duizendstraal

CEO & Founder


After obtaining a degree in Mathematics, Mr. Duizendstraal worked in the IT sector, eventually managing North European operations of two American computer companies. He was also a managing partner in a venture capital enterprise with interests in the IT, telecom, film and consumer products industries. Since 1995, he has been actively focusing on leisure real estate business and developed projects in Spain, France, Austria, the Netherlands, Vietnam and Antigua.

Roger Morback

Sales manager


Roger´s entire professional life has been spent in the international real estate industry, whether building, selling, managing or maintaining second homes abroad. Most of his career has been in the Marbella area (Spain) for national and international real estate, construction, development and maintenance companies, from learner to managerial positions, Roger also spent some years in Panama as Operations Director and in Antigua & Barbuda as Sales, marketing and construction-development director. Currently he carries out sales coordination and management of our real estate portfolio in South Spain.

Rosa Lupión

Finance Director


Rosa has a degree in Economics from the University of Málaga. Prior to her current position, she worked in Parque Tecnologico de Andalucia for an industrial company and also thirteen years for La Perla Group as Finance Director Spain, being responsible of the areas of accounting, taxation, treasury matters, auditing procedures and reporting.

Eva Hernández

Finance Director


Eva has a degree in Economics from the University of Cádiz and BA in European Business from the University of Wolverhampton (United Kingdom).
Prior to her current position, she worked eleven years for La Perla Group and Monte Mayor Golf Club in the areas of accounting, fiscal matters and auditing procedures, including for property development companies.

Oscar Vico

IT Manager


After studying IT systems technical engineering at Málaga University, Oscar started working for one of the leading computer services company in the Costa del Sol, mainly focused in providing support for the most important real estate companies in the area.
In 2001, he started working for La Perla Group as an assistant for the offices in Spain and later on becoming Corporate IT Manager, splitting his time between the headquarters of the company in The Netherlands and the offices in Spain.

Toñi Guzmán

Hospitality Services/Office manager


A qualified French teacher, Toñi has a wealth of experience within hospitality service, sales support, office management etc. Having worked numerous years for La Perla International Living Spanish and French projects.
Toñi´s current role is to provide sales support, officemanagement and coordinate hospitality services for customers.
